Connection is the thread of my work. The mind, body, heart connection underpins and provides the base from which we work.
The Mind
Here we store anxiety, limiting beliefs, the way we look at the world, and what we make our experiences mean.
The Body
Through health and pain, our body tells us about our thoughts and beliefs. It is constantly reacting to our thoughts. It becomes the conduit to gauge whether we are in a critical or kind mindset.
The Heart
We experience what it is to live and act from here. When the mind and heart work together, we make decisions out of love and self worth rather than fear.

Connecting and working with me?
I specialise in stress, anxiety and coaching people to achieve their health and life goals.
A minimum of 3 sessions is suggested. This will depend on your physical, emotional or life intention for our sessions. For example, if you have a fear of public speaking or have anxiety before exams/tests up to 3 sessions maybe all that is needed.
Recommended for changing core beliefs and limiting patterns for larger life changes where you will come away with your own tools for self-regulation and moving through daily stresses with ease, more sessions are required. A way forward is often noticed beginning with up to 4 weekly sessions and then lengthening the session gaps as you gain confidence in your toolkit, and we work through the 'bigger stuff' gently together.
I work with adults and children, in person at Halcyon Wellness in Latrobe of a Saturday, or online through the week. In addition to my work with clients, I run EFT workshops for self regulation and emotional first-aid. They offer tools to manage your everyday life stresses.
A deep passion dwells in me to support our younger generation to have strategies to navigate the everyday worries of growing up in school, friendships and their own negative mind chatter. They too can choose to feel enough, there is hope and a way forward...they have it within. What a gift!

The first coaching session
The first step that we take together is exploring what brings you here. Together, we will create tailored ways to calm your nervous system, defeat limiting beliefs, old patterns and habits that are no longer useful.
You learn the simple, easy EFT Tapping tool and begin using it on yourself as we discuss EFT tapping and Matrix Reimprinting: the many benefits, and education around how to use this tool. We talk about how the nervous system is affecting your body, thoughts and your ability to self regulate quickly.
This leads us to the mind, body and heart connection; the way your body is reacting to what is going on in your mind.
My focus is on creating trust and safety as we embark on this work together, to support you in feeling safe in your body and learning to navigate your emotional health. We will check in with what brought you here, and the physical and emotional issues you would like to focus on. If you are unsure of where to begin, we will gently explore this together as you are held with love, compassion and acceptance. From here we create your intention for our work together.
Between sessions there is the option of taking our in-session work further. I gently introduce you to aspects of EFT and other strategies to regulate your nervous system. We build on this work over our sessions. This develops your skills; you will have your own self-regulation practice to apply in everyday stresses and worries.
Your work in-between hastens your ability to make choices about the way a person or event affects you, to stop your mind going on those ‘thought loops’, and to see yourself and what happens in a more ‘I’m enough', 'I’ve got this', 'I can trust myself’ mindset.
The on-going coaching sessions
Our time together is most transformational and beneficial if we stay consistent, as you find your self-belief and confidence to take the reins to your life intentions. Your in-between session time is recapped, any questions you have are answered, and your confidence is nurtured in your ability to self handle the everyday stresses you encounter.
From here your intentions for our work are revisited and our time is devoted to achieving your intentions in a gentle, trauma informed space. You are seen and heard with compassion and respect.
